I keep my fees as clear as I can so you are not left guessing. Uncontested cases are handled for a flat fee of $2,000, so you know the cost up front. Contested cases begin with a $5,000 deposit that I hold in a client trust account and bill against as I work, with additional deposits as the case progresses. Every fee is set out in a written agreement before I start, and the total for a contested case depends on its complexity. These figures are general information, not a quote.

Getting started is easy. You can set up a consultation by calling my office or scheduling directly on this website. Consultations are $300 in person, or $250 by phone or Zoom.
