The content on this website is for general information only and is not legal advice. Using this website or contacting the firm through it does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only through a signed engagement agreement.
SMS Messaging Terms
Benner Family Law, LLC sends SMS text messages to existing and prospective clients who have provided express consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, case updates, document requests, billing notifications, and other communications directly related to the recipient’s legal matter. The firm does not send promotional or bulk marketing messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on the activity in your matter. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
